What do I mean by calm intensity?

You get the calm from slowing down the exhalation, which has a significant and almost immediate effect on the vagus nerve that increases activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows your heart rate, decreases blood pressure, and it makes you feel just so calm

Intensity? Well, these exercises become intense when you connect to your BREATHING CORE after learning this breathing method. You will finish your exercise, feeling taller, more connected to your core and more connected to your calm.

Try doing eight or 10 repetitions of an exercise being very intentional about your BREATHING CORE, instead of many more repetitions, and you will get a much bigger bang for your buck!
