Gain AB STRENGTH with rows

Gain AB STRENGTH with rows

It’s amazing how much you can strengthen your core when doing your back strength work…

Never give up an opportunity to strengthen your deep core because this can be your saving grace for preventing lower back pain and stabilizing your pelvis and rib cage to have the most power

There are a huge amount of forces at play when you perform a rowing movement. Those muscles in your middle back are extremely powerful, and provide a wonderful window of opportunity to strengthen your core against the resistance of these powerful muscles as they contract.

I love viewing the body as thousands of cables, leavers, and pulleys inclusive of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones.

There is so much resistance created within the body that you have the ability to push and pull against when the tension that’s created created… So, when your back muscles are incredibly contracted, working your abdominal in the opposite direction is kind of like working against a taut resistance band to create strength.

This is an alternative look at calisthenic or bodyweight training, where you use either no external resistance, or light, external resistance, but create a lot of resistance deep within your body for your body to play around with and become stronger

I created a breathing method that creates a lot of resistance within the body to not only get the core stronger, but increase lung capacity, and calm the nervous system with its extended exhale .
